Dr. Brad Kobsar, DC, DACBN, CFMP

Wellness Method

In 1995, Dr. Kobsar received state and federal funding for his Wellness Program which he directed, at the Santa Clara County Hospital. Transitioning from the County Hospital into private practice he crafted the RECREATE 365 - Wellness Method, designed to free people from the cycle of sickness and chronic disease.  He is double board certified as a Doctor of Chiropractic, Functional Medicine, and a Diplomat of The American Board of Clinical Nutrition.  He is a published researcher as well author of The Wellness Method, Mindset Reset, Guide to the Wellness Warrior, and Wellness Mastery, among others.

For years he painfully witnessed the conventional medical system create drug dependence, which fueled his desire to empower people to break free from their struggles.  Together with his wife Judy Kobsar, they’ve expanded their Wellness Method to transform lives globally, by optimizing the body’s self repair mechanisms, thru analyzing each person’s unique genetic and bio-chemical make up. A personalized blueprint is created for detoxification, metabolism, hormones, macro-nutrients, micro-nutrients and exercise, to resolve underlying symptoms and problems of aging and disease related decline.

Today you can find him focused on building a team of doctors, healthcare coaches, and leaders to innovate new avenues to advance wellness on a large scale. His joy comes from his wife and two daughters and sharing life adventures with them, all while publishing cutting edge research in Functional Medicine and Longevity. 

Dr. Kobsar’s fascinating and refreshing approach to health covers topics of body, mind and spirit - for a truly holistic program that has been shown to be effective for patients from age 9 to 99 years of age.

Judy Pearson Kobsar CHHC, CWP, author, speaker and wellness expert, is well known for her Nutrition and Holistic Lifestyle Design expertise. In partnership with her husband, Dr. Bradley Kobsar, the duo’s breakthrough RECREATE 365 Wellness Method has proven that diminished health and vitality can be recreated by just about any proactive person at any age.

Now a global wellness clinic, the two have broken the barriers of the sick-care system with personalized plans that focus on resolving the root cause of health struggles.

Lover of all things wellness, Jessica is Wellness Method’s Office Manager and aromatherapy and detoxification specialist. Jessica believes that you can change your health when you understand that investing in yourself is the best decision you can make. Jessica supports you throughout your program by connecting the dots with each visit or phone call.

Sharica Jackson, CPT

Office Manager & Certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Method Coach

Sharica serves as our administrative assistant and health coach here at the clinic. After going through the ReCreate program herself, she found a lot of value in having the education, tools, and resources in order to be in optimal health and it changed her life. She believes that knowledge is power and loves sharing that knowledge because it empowers other people to do the same. 

Sharica enjoys writing, exercising, speaking, and spending quality time with family and friends.

“I love that wellness is an overall topic that involves nutrition, physical exercise, and mindset. I have a B.S. in Food Science and Human Nutrition with a focus in Sports Nutrition from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and I am certified by the Society of Sports Nutrition. I'm applying to masters programs in nutrition as well. I enjoy going on adventures with my dog Zeus, a pittie mix whether it'd be a road trip, hike, stroll in the park, or visiting pet stores. I love to travel to new places while learning new cultural things. I like to play the ukulele, stay active in basketball, boxing, and surfing along with photography and videography.”
